Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Provide a consultative approach to customers on company products/ solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual client.
- Develop, grow and manage given portfolio in the public market established.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and votes earn their trust.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set from time by management.
- Submit weekly reports to supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Ideal applicant must hold a minimum Diploma in the relevant field.
- At least One year of experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
- Proven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales goals.
- Proven skills in customer service.
- Proactive follow-up of leads generated.
- Ability to interest customers in taking repeat loans.
- Ability to acquire referrals from existing clients.
- Excellent time-management
