About Formula 21 Pitstop:
Formula 21 Pitstop, an Authorized Service Centre and subsidiary of AIRD, repairs and maintains Toyota and other branded vehicles under warranty in Mbarara.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Petty Cash: Managing petty cash transactions, ensuring proper accountability, and preparing expense vouchers.
- Cash Management: Receiving and reconciling payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate daily collections.
- Invoicing: Verifying job cards and billing, and ensuring accurate invoicing to customers.
- Sublet Handling: Managing purchase orders, sublet processes, and supplier invoices.
- Stock Control: Verifying materials balances, receiving stocks, and conducting monthly stock counts.
- Debtors Management: Following up on payments from authorized service center credit customers.
- Office Administration: Handling administrative duties, including office supplies management and procurement.
- Supervising the Office Assistant and acting as Secretary for the service center.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration (Accounting option).
- Professional qualification in ACCA, CPA.
- A minimum of five years of finance experience in a reputable business sector.
- Proficiency in cash management principles.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work demands.
