Job Summary:  The Service Management Analyst will take ownership of Incident management processes analysis, providing guidance and support in coordinating Incident & Problem Management, Release Management and User Acceptance Testing for all bank system changes/enhancements. To provide incident, problem and change management insight through follow ups both In-country and with various support teams and provide periodic reporting on the same.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The prime responsibility is to take ownership of Incident management processes analysis, providing guidance and support in coordinating Incident & Problem Management, Release Management and User Acceptance Testing for all bank system changes/enhancements.
  • To provide incident, problem and change management insight through follow ups both In-country and with various support teams and provide periodic reporting on the same.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant for the ABSA Bank Service Management Analyst should hold relevant qualifications
  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
