MUST Job Vacancies 2024-2025; QUALIFICATIONS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Interested candidates should be holders of PhD qualification from accredited institutions of higher learning, with broad knowledge in the subject area combined with experience in research to enable them contribute effectively to teaching and research that leverages the University to a world class centre of excellence in science, technology and innovation. The Candidates must have proven track record of scholarly contribution to the academy; have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and the ability and/or potential to attract donor funding.
TENURE OF THE POST AND REMUNERATION PACKAGE
The Successful candidates shall be engaged on two year renewable contract based on satisfactory performance. The candidates shall be offered an attractive salary and
benefits commensurate with seniority of the position and qualifications in line with the University’s Conditions of Service. The University may, where appropriate, also offer a contract of appointment to a spouse of the successful candidate if they too qualify for teaching and research position.
