University of Malawi UNIMA is pleased to announce names of candidates who have been selected to pursue various programmes for the 2024-2025 academic year on non-residential government and self-sponsored basis.
The Government sponsored candidates were selected first using the equity system of admitting students into institutions of higher learning. The self-sponsored candidates were selected based on merit and the selection process only considered candidates who did not qualify for government sponsored entry but had expressed willingness
(on the application form) to be alternatively considered for self-sponsored entry.
These candidates will be communicated to (through admission letters) on the actual dates they are commencing their studies and the amount of fees required. The Fees, which will be indicated in their admission letters, should be deposited in the schools bank accounts.

The list of successful candidates is available on all official notice boards of the University and the official website –
official website – http://www.unima.mw/
Meanwhile, all successful candidates are required to indicate in writing their acceptance of the offer of a place at UNIMA
