Nuffic Scholarship – NFP Fellowships
Nuffic Scholarship – NFP Fellowships; A limited number of fellowships are available from the Netherlands Fellowships Programme (NUFFIC) for applicants from 62 countries.
The NFP promotes capacity building within organisations in 62 countries by providing training and education through fellowships for professionals. The NFP is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the budget for development cooperation.
Applicants must request these fellowships at the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in their country, supported by a letter of eligibility from Netherlands University where they have gained admission.
Candidates who wish to apply for NFP Scholarships should begin the application procedure as soon as possible. Below is the procedure for scholarship application:
- First apply to a University in Netherlands for admission to the course as soon as possible.
- Acceptable candidates will receive a provisional letter of acceptance from the university.
- Candidates then apply for a NFP fellowship through the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in their own country.Please note that in most countries the Royal Netherlands Embassy maintain a NFP Embassy application deadline of at least a month later than the University NFP deadline.
