The Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB) seeks to maximise the institution’s contribution to social, intellectual and economic development of Namibia and SADC. Thus the vision of the HP-GSB is: Being an innovative Business School Competitive with Africa’s Best and Educating Leaders for Namibia’s Business Advancement.

ACCREDITED PROGRAMMES

All programmes offered by the School promote the development of management expertise coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, a global outlook, ethical principles and social responsibility. The academic and the executive education programmes form the two distinct categories of programmes on offer.

HP-GSB offers two academic programmes currently: • Masters of International Business (MIB)
 • Masters of Leadership and Change Management (MLCM)

The MIB is accredited by the Foundation of International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) and the MLCM is being registered with the Namibian Qualifications Authority (NQA). Thus all the programmes offered by the HP-GSB are both market-driven and academically-accredited to ensure international standards of delivery to the participants, industry and society
