They are recruiting for their client, A Four Star Reputable Hotel in the suburbs of Kampala
Job Summary: The Sales Executive is directly responsible for income generation through attaining set sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sale a minimum of USD 135 for the deluxe single room, USD 150 for the deluxe twin room and USD 200 for the Executive Suite.
- Have a minimum of 5 sales calls per day, at least 5 site visits per week and at least 12 clients for meals in the restaurant per week.
- Comply with the mapping strategy to ensure that you meet targets within assigned market segment. You will have to move into the field to get progressive business growth.
- Acquire a wide range of corporate accounts and ensure excellent customer services.
- Proactively identify opportunities arising across the market.
- Make daily sales calls with records to generate income through established guests.
- You will provide full details of required services for guests to respective Heads of Department with clear instructions as confirmed by customers to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Submit daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma/degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Leisure and hospitality or any relevant course
- Communication skills that allow good hospitality for clients.
- Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
