Custody and Registrars Services Limited (C&R) provides share register services in Kenya and East Africa. It offers shareholder services, such as verification of member instructions; maintenance of members’ records involving changes of addresses and dividend mandates; counter customer queries, shareholder correspondence, and dealing with general queries and complaints; verification of share certificates presented by stockbrokers; handling various issues involving shareholders, including processing of mail; and comprises of the call center, correspondence center, reference center, broker liaison, and query resolution. C&R Group (C&R) is a company with a 30-year history in share registry with operations in Kenya and Uganda.
Job Summary: The Data entry Clerks will support an upcoming project. This is a contract position with anticipated reporting dates of early to mid August 2018. Shortlisted candidates will be notified in early August for selection interviews.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the Data Entry Clerk jobs must hold Diplomas in Business-related Courses
- Computer literacy and data entry experience is required
- Must have a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute ·
- Good team player
- Show commitment to deadlines and readiness to work extended hours as needed
- This position seeks a person with the ability to work well under pressure, who exhibits competency levels in the field of data entry and who also works well in a team
- Must be available for a period of an uninterrupted 2 months
