University of Namibia Application Forms 2017
Prospective students are required to complete a hard copy of the University’s application form. Application forms can be collected at any nearest UNAM Campus/Centre country wide of simply download the application form from here.
The following certified documents must accompany the paper based-application form:
- A copy of your Grade 12 August Results (for Namibian students doing Grade 12 in the year of application) or NSSC (O-Level) or NSSC (H-Level) or any other equivalent school leaving certificate
- A copy of your Identity Card, Birth Certificate or valid Passport (Passport for international students)
- Sworn translation of documents, if not in English(International qualifications)
- Evaluation certificate by the Namibia Qualifications Authority (International qualifications)
- Proof of payment of the prescribed application fee as indicated on the application form or postal orders made out to the University of Namibia or deposit into UNAM’s Bank Account:
- UNAM Student Deposit Account
- Current Account, First National Bank
- Windhoek Branch
- Account nr: 62246793451
- A copy of the bank transfer or deposit slip with full name of prospective student should be attached to the application form
Completed application forms can be submitted at any nearest UNAM Campus/Centres or mail it to:

Johanna, you will have to await the next admissions session. Which shall be conducted within the second to last quarter of the year. Applications shall begin in June.

I am very interested in furthering my studies with Unam,i have 24 points,i completed my grade 12 in 2003.,at the moment i work for the ministry of safety and security.,i have a diploma in Banking,finance and credit.,i have a passion for education and would like to be on full time studies as from 2018.,any advice in this regard?
