• Please complete a debit order form and return it by hand to the Finance Office before 30 November 2020. The form is available from the school and new parents will be issued with a debit order form as part of their Financial Pack.
• Existing debit orders will automatically be rolled over to the next academic year unless they are cancelled in writing.
• Any debit order that is unpaid shall incur a penalty of R100 billed to your account.  

• Any fees not paid in full by 31 October of each year, will result in the pupil/s not being rolled over into the new Academic Year at Cornwall Hill College.  Alternative schooling would then need to be found and outstanding accounts will be handed over to our Debt Collectors.
• In line with this, no Grade 11 pupil will be allowed to commence their Grade 12 year if there are outstanding fees still owed to the school.  
• Grade 12 pupils will not be allowed to attend their Matric Farewell Dance unless all fees are paid up to date.
• Fees in arrears will attract interest at 3% above the current South-African Prime interest rate. 
• If fees are in arrears at the end of a term, the pupil may not, at the discretion of the College, be allowed to return at the beginning of the next term until the arrears fees are settled in full.
• Co-Curricular tours will be added to the school fee account.  Under no circumstances will pupils be permitted to attend or participate in tours if accounts are in arrears.
• In terms of the Enrolment Contract, a full term’s notice in writing must be given should a pupil intend to leave the school.  Failure to do so will incur a penalty of a full term’s tuition and/or boarding fee.  All notices must be finalised by the preceding term’s mid-term break.
• A full calendar month notice period must be given for the cancellation of all extra-mural activities.
• In the event of a pupil leaving the school for any reason whatsoever, all outstanding fees will first be recovered from the paid up Debenture and Deposits held by the school.  Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• All Debenture and Deposits will be refunded within a three month period after a pupil has left Cornwall Hill College.
