Kindly note:

•Students enrolling after January are charged a pro rata fee that may differ from the amount stated above.

•Penalty fees for late payments may be imposed.

•Additional costs related to IEB examination entries may apply to Grade 12 students

EARLY SETTLEMENT

If the annual fee is settled in full by the 18th January 2019. A reduction on the fee is applicable (see table).

SIBLING DISCOUNT

The sibling discount will be applied as follows:

•5% discount for the 2nd child

•10% discount for the 3rd child

•15% discount for 4th child or more

OUTSTANDING FEES

If fees are in arrears the school reserves the right to take the necessary steps as per the conditions of the Rules and Conditions Booklet.

PAYMENTS

The school fee payments may be made annually or monthly in advance. Recurring payments (such as debit orders) are required to streamline monthly fee collections. Crawford College Pretoria Fees

NOTICE PERIOD

The school requires one full term’s written notice in the event of a parent wishing to deregister a student. Should sufficient notice not be given, parents may be held liable for a full term’s fees.
