BANKING DETAILS:

The Fee Account (which includes tuition, residence fees, and meals is payable by Direct Deposit or Electronically (EFT), using the account details given below:

DATES FOR PAYMENT

Fees for Local & Refugee students ought to be paid by the following dates:

1)Annual fees are payable in monthly installments from February to November at the rate of 10% of the fees.

2)First semester fees are payable in monthly installments from February to June at the rate of 20% of the fees.

3)Second-semester fees are payable in monthly installments from August to November at the rate of 20% of the fees.

Fees for International students ought to be paid by the following dates:

1)On or before Registration: 50% of the total fees are payable, including residence fees.

2)On or before the end of May: Any remaining balance.

SETTLEMENT DISCOUNTS

Accounts settled before the due dates below will be eligible for settlement discount (excluding bursary payments):

1)Annual fees paid on or before the end of February – 5% Discount

2)First semester fees paid on or before the end of February – 2.5% Discount

3)Second-semester fees paid on or before the end of August – 2.5% Discount

STAFF REBATES

Staff rebate application forms can be obtained from the Human Capital Department. The applications for rebates should be submitted annually during the registration period.
