Alma Mater International School Fees

Please note:

1.A once off Application Fee of R680.00 is payable for applications to Grades 0000 to A Levels.

3.Registration fee is a once off fee of R3 000.00, payable 30 days after receiving acceptance and is non-refundable. There is no discount on Registration Fees.

4.School fees are payable by the 7th of each month.

5.For registering 3 (or more) children: 10% discount on the amount payable from third child onwards.

6.Should one or more of the children, have been granted a scholarship, discount will not apply.

7.Discount on full payment (in advance) of Annual School Fee:

∙Before 31 October 2018, 7.25% discount

∙Before 30 November 2018, 6.25% discount

∙Before 31 December 2018, 4.25% discount

∙On or before 1st day of school 2019, 2.25% discount

Discount will not apply where the child has been granted a scholarship

8.Full Time Alma Mater High and Primary School students do not pay for extra lessons.

9.Excluded from school fees are transport, stationery, study guides, school uniforms, and text- and exercise books, camps, excursions, tours, Matric Farewell and Valentines Ball.

10.Exam fees are only for Grades 7, 10 and 12. Exam fees are subject to prevailing exchange rate (GBP £) at time of payment and no discount is applicable on exam fees.

BOARDING FEES

Alma Mater International School Fees

Please note:

1.The enrolment fee is payable on registration and non-refundable. There is no discount on Enrolment Fees.

2.Weekly boarding will allow a student to board for up to five nights a week (Sunday evening to Thursday evening only).

3.Termly/Weekly boarding fees and charges for additional expenses are reviewed annually.

4.Boarding fees include overnight accommodation, meals, linen and laundry services for agreed nights.

5.Day fees cover normal curriculum tuition, school extra-curricular activities, and extra academic assistance.

6.Holiday school and Easter holiday fees are not included in the termly or weekly boarding fees.

Additional Expenses

1.Voluntary activities are organised by various members of staff and charges are made per the activity e.g. concerts, theatre trips and outdoor expeditions.

2.Personal effects insurance ±R200.00 per month *price subject to change.

3.Medical Insurance Cover ±R2 000.00 per month (worldwide cover on a comprehensive Gold Plan).

4.Prices are subject to individual applications and exchange rates; application can be made through Alma Mater International School.

5.Unavoidable Expenses (Items such as those listed below are invoiced on the termly invoice): Examination fees; Additional trips and visits; stationery; magazine subscriptions and lost text books.

ALMA MATER COLLEGE FEES

Please note:

1.Only IGCSE and AS/A Level courses are offered. The courses offered are subject to change and depends on demand. All courses are offered over one year.

ALMA MATER SATURDAY WORKSHOPS

Please note:

1.These workshops can be attended by High School students, College students as well as students not registered at Alma Mater (Private Candidates/Home Schoolers).

2.Students attending these workshops need to adhere to all Alma Mater’s policies and procedures without exception.

3.Bookings need to be made via Schedulista.

4.The fee needs to be paid before the commencement of workshop/practical.

5.Alma Mater cannot issue School Reports for workshops/practicals attended.

6.All workshops and practicals offered are subject to demand.
