ADMISSION
Thank you for your interest in our school. Since 1994 the school has been renowned for excellent academic performance. The College offers education from pre-grade R to grade 12.
Congratulations on making a great decision for your child’s future!
This is an application for admission to the school and the completion and submission of this application does not mean that your child/children are registered or guaranteed placement in the school. The standard admission review and application process will be applied, and the outcome will be communicated to you by the school.
Please complete the information on the online application form. All information entered will be saved for your convenience and will not be lost when you return to the page at a convenient time.
Final outcome of the application will be communicated during terms 3 and 4.
To complete the application form you must:
- Complete the form in full (parents or guardians).
- Ensure that all the information on the form is correct.
- Please do not complete the form in all CAPS or all lowercase, please use sentence case.
PROCESS
- Register to create a parents’ account on the portal. Click on the MY ACCOUNT link above. Keep your login details for future reference to access, update and track your application.
- Start the application by clicking on START APPLICATION. This will take you directly to the online application page where you can start the application for admission.
- Once you have submitted the application form, please check your emails for further instructions and status updates.
- Our dynamic administration team will receive your application submission and immediately start the review process. We will send you emails throughout the process as we review and update the application status.
- You can see the latest status of your application by clicking on MY ACCOUNT and then on the APPLICATION TRACKER link.
- The outcome of your child/children’s application for admission to Ashbury College will be confirmed via email with further instructions and next steps, where applicable.

For the application for admission we will need important documents from you.

- Copy of Birth Certificate / ID Document
- Copy of Study Permit/Refugee Permit (if foreign)
- Copy of Learner’s Latest Progress Report
- Copy of Parents/Legal Guardian’s ID Document
- Copy of Responsible Person’s ID Document
- Transfer Document (once available)
- Copy of Vaccination Record (Pre-Primary & Foundation Phase)
- Copy of Medical Aid card (Front and Back)
- Latest month of Household Income / Salary Advice
- Water & Light Account (latest) or Proof of Residence
- 3x Months Bank Statement
- Recent Colour Photo of the Learner (ID-size)

- All school fees for Grades RR to 11 to be paid in 12 instalments from January to December
- School fees for Grade 12 to be paid in 11 instalments from January to November
- Current learners entering Grade 1 and Grade 8 in 2024-2025 will be required to pay a R1000 reservation fee before the end of October 2020 to be refunded in January 2024-2025
- Early Childhood Development Centre fees include lunch and aftercare until 17h30
