1.Annual fees are payable on or before the first day of the school year.
2.Termly fees are payable on or before the first day of each of the three terms.

Once the non-refundable Development Levy is paid at any entry level at Kyalami Preparatory or Beaulieu Preparatory Schools, no further Development Levies or deposits of whatever kind, is payable when the pupil transfers to Beaulieu College for Grade 8 unless there is a directive from the Board of Directors. Beaulieu College Fees
School tuition fees are inclusive of:
Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu Preparatory Schools: Textbooks, stationery, photographs, school magazine, day trips and performances, study skills programme, transport to and from school functions, eye and ear screening for Grade 0 and new pupils
Beaulieu College: Textbooks, School Annual Magazine, Subject Stationery and Subject Outings.
