2.1Over Border Pupils: In addition to the entrance fee, pupils are required to pay one term’s fees as a deposit. This is refundable on leaving DSG.

3.METHOD OF PAYMENT

There are four payment options available. Parents must select one of these options and indicate their choice on the form that will be sent to them.

5. EXTRAS

The entire year’s fees are paid in full before the end of Term 3 (5 December 2018)

The entire year’s fees are paid in full before the start of Term 1 2019 (17 January 2019)

Each term’s fees are paid in advance before the first day of each term

The fees are paid by monthly debit order in ten equal instalments, effective from January to October. Including estimated extras as per note 5 below. If extra’s estimate is insufficient debit order may be extended

All grade 12 fees are payable on or before the start of term 3. In the case of debit orders fees are payable over 8 months

Pupils generally incur extra expenses, over and above the normal fees, during the course of the term. In the case of parents selecting Payment Option 4, an estimation of extras has been added to the debit order. The estimated extras are R10 000 per year for daygirls and R14 500 for boarders

Extras: Statements are sent out at the end of EVERY month. Please ensure that the extras are paid regularly.

Pupils will not be readmitted after half-term or at the beginning of the new term unless their accounts have been paid in full.
