UKWAZI SCHOOL OF NURSING PTY LTD is a private HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION registered as such by the DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND TRAINING.  Its nursing qualifications are registered by the SOUTH AFRICAN QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY.  It is accredited  by the COUNCIL ON HIGHER EDUCATION and by the SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL.

Its Main Campus is in Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa and there is also a Sub-Campus in Potchefstroom, North West Province, South Africa.

COMMENCEMENT OF NEW NURSING QUALIFICATIONS

UKWAZI SCHOOL OF NURSING commenced with the Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing (R169) and the Diploma in Nursing (General Nurse)(R171) in 2020 as one of the few institutions registered and accredited in the country to offer the new qualifications.  Intakes for both qualifications were full for 2020 and 2021 (within the constraints placed on student numbers by the SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL).

INTAKES FOR 2024-2025

Applications for 2024-2025 for the HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN NURSING (R169) and the DIPLOMA IN NURSING (R171) are now open and will CLOSE ON 30 JUNE  wherafter all applicants meeting our admission criteria will be entered into a selection process.
