The School aims to provide members of the DoD, the knowledge, attitudes and skills, to effectively manage the resources and organisational environment of the military.  This is accomplished through the presentation of certificate, degree and postgraduate programmes.

The programmes allows continued postgraduate and/or research related directions and ensures a comprehensive and well-rounded education in organisational and resource management. A study in Organisation and Resource Management promotes critical thinking and sound management through ongoing evaluation and interpretation of the military environment in an interdisciplinary and holistic manner. The School endorses lifelong professional and personal development through the undertaking of independent studies and aims to inculcate this desire in its learners.
