KUCCPS SEPTEMBER 2024-2025 ADMISSION LETTER DOWNLOAD PROCEDURES
Follow the instructions below to get your admission letter
1. Open Technical University of Mombasa Website (www.tum.ac.ke) using any internet browser
2. Scroll down to E-Resources section of the website and click “E-registrar” link to open the Login window to the university system. You can as well find this link (E-registrar) at the left side of the footersection of the home page
3. Follow these instructions to login to the university system:a) Use your KCSE Index Number as the User ID (e.g. 12345678911/2017)b) Use your KCSE Index Number as the password (e.g. 12345678911/2017)c) Select “Main Campus” in the “Login to” sectiond) Click “Sign in” button to login to the system. A new window opens with two options: “My Program Applications” and “Campus General Information” if the login is successful
4. Click “My Program Applications”. Two options will open at the top of the window i.e. “My Applications Profile” and “Programs Listing”.
5. Click “My Application Profile” option at the top of the window to open your profile information with the tabs “My Details”, “My Academic Qualifications”, …, “My Course Applications”.
6. Click “My Course Applications” tab to display the program details below the tabs7. Click to check the box to the left of the program name to select the programme you have been admitted into.
8. Click the “Letter” button to the right of the window. This will download the admission letter to your computer’s Download folder with Filename “Admission Letter_out.pdf”.
9. Open the Download folder of your computer to get your admission letter10. Click “Sign Out” at the top right corner of the window to Logout of the system to secure your profile from unauthorized persons.

The management of the Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) has released the School Fees Structure to be paid by each undergraduate and postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course and Non-Degree) students respectively for the 2024-2025 academic session.
The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for programmes at the Technical University of Mombasa. The Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP.

Technical University Of Mombasa TUM Admissions
The Technical University of Mombasa invites applications from suitably qualified candidates into the following PROGRAMMES.
Admission to TUM is conducted under guidance of the Senate. A student is admitted into a programme when S/he meets the entry requirements into that programme and level. Admission into a programme is done at the beginning of the Semester. Admission requirements for Graduate Programmes are stipulated in the “Common Regulations and Procedures for Graduate Studies”-published separately.
Application Procedure
i.All applicants for Certificate, Diploma and Undergraduate programmes must complete application form either electronically or in hard copy and submit to the Registrar Academic Affairs. The application form is available at the office of the Registrar (Academic Affairs)or on the University Website (www.tum.ac.ke).
ii.All applicants for Post graduate programmes must complete an application form either electronically or in hard copy and submit to the Director, School of Graduate Studies. The application form is available at the office of the Director, School of Graduate Studies or on the University Website (www.tum.ac.ke).
iii.All applications must be accompanied with relevant supporting documents and a non-refundable application fee as indicated on the form.
iv.The Registrar Academic Affairs will communicate the outcome of each application in writing to all applicants. Communication on outcome for postgraduate applications will be by the Director, School of Graduate Studies.
v.The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of any documents submitted for the purpose of securing admission. If the documents provided, prove fraudulent at any time, admission is nullified and/or certificates issued on the basis of such documents, are withdrawn, and cancelled. Registration
All new students shall be registered upon fulfilling the following conditions:
i.Produce the official letter of offer to the officer concerned;
ii.Pay at least 50% of all the semester fees;
iii.Present original certificates and provide certified copies of certificates and testimonials;
iv.Present original certificates and provide certified copies of official identification
documents such as national identification card for Kenyan students and certified copies of passports or other relevant documents for international students;
v.Sign students’ bond of good conduct and students’ declaration form of good conduct and discipline;
vi.Sign the nominal roll.
vii.Register for semester courses using the Student Management Information System (SMIS).

I’ve not yet received my admission letter despite the fact that I’ve followed the procedures given furthermore the link given seems not to be working is it the problem or are there other ways of getting the admission letter
