Summit Recruitment & Search Sales Coordinator – Building and Construction Jobs in Kenya
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Assist customers with requests on the phone.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
- Keep an eye on product stock levels and advise the sales and production team as needed.
- Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team.
- Pay attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems, as necessary.
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues.
- Any other duty assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good sound independent judgment.
- Must have 2-3 years’ sales experience in the Building and Construction sector.
- MUST have high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop client relationships.
- Must be presentable and with good command of English with the ability to handle high-end clients.
- Must display a high degree of emotional maturity.
- Must be aggressive with Good networking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.
