- Operation manager shall be responsible for business development and operations of the Branches while ensuring staff engagement customer satisfaction, profitability and growth in line with the society strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership and guidance on the Branch Operations function to ensure High quality service delivery to customers while safeguarding against fraud.
- Cascading performance targets to Branch Managers and facilitating their achievement at Branch level.
- Liaising with the Finance Manager on Economic /Financial performance of the Sacco and report to the C.E.O on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with all Sacco banking policies, procedures and processes.
Minimum Qualification
- Degree in business related field from recognized institution.
- CPA (K) Holder
- Must have C+ and above in KCSE
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business development, Branch routine functions and risk control.
- Proficiency in computer application, especially in accounting packages and systems.
- Must have 3 years experiences in managerial position.
