Our Client is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for all activities in Retail Maintenance Sections.
Duties:
Ensuring that the Maintenance team keeps all the Pumps and other equipment’s at the stations in good working order, with Daily monitoring of breakdowns.
Monitoring all the costs in the section.
Keep track of all equipment in the field and store/warehouse to ensure adequate use, safekeeping and maintaining an updated asset register.
Ensuring the Service stations structures and forecourt are in good order and condition by implementing a vigorous rehabilitation program of stations. This is achieved by having a well- coordinated repairs and rehabilitation program.
Ensuring high quality, cost effective and timely delivered/completed of short term upgrade of Fuel lines.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
Training on Project Management.
Good proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
Be a registered Graduate Engineer.
More than 5 years in project management in a busy construction organization.
Have a high level of accuracy and consistency in all areas of work and Possess excellent configuration skills, highly successful in helping define company direction and achieving goals.
Good Analytical Skills by recognizes areas of weaknesses requiring improvements and makes recommendations to the management for consideration, approval and implementation.
Excellent Leadership and Management Skills and able to maintain a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches team members to meet high performance standards.
Experience in Service station Maintenance will be an Added advantage.
Good Planning and Organizing skills, being able to identify and prioritize activities and assignments, with capability to make necessary adjustments as required; foresee risks and allow for contingencies when planning.
Flexibility and Adaptability also be a team player who thrives in environments that require ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to work with minimum supervision
