Sales & Partnership Development Opportunities in Agri-mechanization and equipment
A newly launched company / investment is seeking to hire a platoon of sales and partnership executives in various ranks (interns, junior officers, senior officers and managers).
The new company is focused on importation, acquisition and distribution/sales of farm machinery and equipment.
The company is setting up its main hub in Nairobi but with operations in Mt Kenya Region and Central Rift Valley.
Therefore, the company is seeking the following;
Interns / Officers / Managers; in the various fields of;
a. Front office management (REF: FOM/AAME/01/021) – candidates must have training in Business Management and PR.
b. Customer care/experience (REF: CCE/AAME/02/021) – Candidates to have training in Business Management, Administration and Marketing
c. Technical service crew (REF: TSC/AAME/03/021) – Candidates to have training in agricultural engineering, plant & machinery operations and general agronomy is highly desirable.
d. Field sales (REF: FS/AAME/04/021) – candidates to have training in marketing, customer care and PR
e. Accounts and compliance officers (REF: ACCO/AAME/05/021)- candidates to have training in accounts and finance in professional levels

e) Should have unquestionable integrity
f) Excellent planning and time management skills

h) A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers;
i) Fluent in English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of other Kenyan languages would be an added advantage
Specific Expectations
a) Training in Certificates, Diplomas and Higher National Diplomas from middle level colleges/ATVETs is the primary expectation in the above positions.
b) All candidates must demonstrate their training, talent and passion in whichever job they are applying and rank.
c) Experience of between 6 months is expected for all position except for interns.
