Qualifications
•    A minimum of 3+ years experiences working as a multi-skilled technician in a full-service hotel or similar capacity in a service industry
•    A diploma or certificate from a recognized technical institution
•    General skills and experience as a Carpenter/Joiner, Mason/Tiler  Works, Handyman (KFI) as well as general knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Painting among other technical trades
•    Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications
•    Good knowledge of fire & life safety processes and procedures
•    A good eye for details
•    Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
•    Troubleshooting skills

Job Role
You will
•    Attend to customer complaints related to maintenance on a timely basis, ensuring corrective action and minimal repeat complaint
•    Maintain safety standards as per the Health and Safety guidelines.
•    Perform pro-active and general maintenance of all equipment, fittings installed at the residences including fire alarm systems, plumbing and electrical system in rooms and in common areas, paintwork, repair work of any sorts, up-keep of furniture and fittings
•    At regular intervals, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained
•    Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
•    Check the quality of engineering goods procured by the organization
•    Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our customer experience standards. Support other residences
•    Conduct preventive maintenance of building equipment
•    Ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes
•    Maintain trend analysis of technical incidents and their RCAs
