Job Description/Requirements
Role Responsibilities
• Cash and Bank Reconciliations for the branch
• Ensuring all transaction are properly accounted for.
• Stock entries & reconciliations.
• Preparation of daily report, weekly & Monthly as requested by head office.
• Monitoring bank positions.
• Accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Finalization of financial accounts of the branch
• Handling & coordination of staff at branch level.
Requirements
• Years of experience – 2-3 Years
• Knowledge of Branch accounts
• Industry experience– Manufacturing
• Level of education CPAK or ACCA finalist and BCOM in Accounting
• Quick books experience
