REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ 1+ years’ experience in the same position
✔️ Effective sales and negotiation skills.

MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES:
● Working with our client Back end marketing team to design online Sports Betting Marketing Strategy with key measurable KPI’s.
● Supervise the activities of the affiliate managers
● Create and evaluate social media strategies and manage all social media platforms for the business.
● Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns within agreed budgets and manage Customer Relationship.
● Develop new ideas and methods to engage customers on social platforms and grow the social media reach.
● Manage all marketing for all various products and service offerings.
● Create content that helps articulate the value of the products/services.
● Manage the marketing budget and ensure focus on core business goals for online marketing and advertising.
● Lead and develop a world class affiliate marketing programme by accurately assessing the potential of new affiliate and media partners.
● Ensure that player activity and changes are closely monitored to ensure maximum extraction value.
● Implement appropriate measures to ensure the inclusion of alternative communication methods, promotional mix, user experience and promotional strategy.
● Provide regular updates to team members and management, summarising campaign performance and planned projected near-future campaigns.
● Regularly review best practice and ensure these are documented and followed.
AFFILIATE MANAGER DUTIES:
✔️ Account existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation.
✔️ Recruit new affiliates to run campaigns and negotiate terms of the deal.
✔️ Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
✔️ Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
✔️ Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
✔️ Assist in growing existing affiliate database for maximum customer exposure.
✔️ Handle day-to-day communication with partners and provide appropriate affiliate support.
✔️ Work with the marketing services, creative, and web development teams to deliver the best acquisition via affiliate sites.
✔️ Participate in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums and additional initiatives and meetings to increase partners’ network.
✔️ Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives.
✔️ Create promotions and tournaments to keep existing affiliates actively promoting the brand on their sites.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT DUTIES:
● Standard Management of Customers.
● Reception, Processing and Dissemination of information.
● Digital Marketing to promote the brand.
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Operating as the “face” of a brand in physical and virtual networks.
● Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and priorities.
● Provide excellent customer service to support existing customers and acquire new customers.
● Acquire customers online to register, deposit and bet with our client brand.
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
● Communication with customers through various channels.
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
● In-depth knowledge of our products.
● Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
● Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
