Automotive Industry Company Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Jobs in Kenya
Description
- Our client is a well established Company in the Automotive Industry. They wish to recruit an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for functional support and management of the Managing Director’s office.
Activities
- Manage the Managing Director’s office including diary / calendar
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and other stakeholders, locally and internationally
- Represent the Managing Director at stakeholder meetings
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Make and coordinate meeting and travel arrangements
- Manage communication of the MD’s office
- Facilitate internal and external communication as required
- Work with business unit managers towards business growth
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Solid experience with office management / ICT systems
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation), including ability to generate, understand and interpret communication
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Knowledge of / exposure to government processes are a plus
- Degree; additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
