Cleaning Sales Manager Jobs in Kenya
Purpose of the Role:
- Reporting to the General Manager- Labour, the Facility Manager shall ensure excellent service delivery for business retention and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement service delivery strategy, policies and procedures.
- Manage client relations thus ensuring client satisfaction is achieved through 100% resolve of feedback given.
- Offer advisory role to the GM-labour on technical aspects of the job.
- Grow sales volumes by selling the cleaning services and ensure delivery of set business targets.
- Maintain customer relationships by growing and developing new clients and ensuring customer communication is sustained for retention.
- Develop existing and source new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with other functions.
- Manage and resolve staff action logs as guided in the Staff Management Procedure.
- Analyze and report on service levels.
- Prudently manage cleaning inventory, machines and equipment to ensure service efficiency and maintain cost.
- Ensure regular on-job training for stewards are conducted to enhance effectiveness.
- More than 3 years Sales and operational experience in cleaning services.
