Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:

• Maintaining security and safe custody of stores;
• Undertaking procurement and storage activities;
• Issuing and rationing of stores; and
• Making recommendations for disposal of unserviceable stores.

  Requirements for Appointment

  For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-

• Diploma in Stores Management/Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification
  from a recognized institution; and Proficiency Certificate in computer application skills
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary mean grade C(plain).
