For a candidate to qualify to be a bonafide student of the University, he/she must be registered. Registration is a mandatory requirement of the University which must be done within the first three weeks from the beginning of the Semester by every student. All students will use the Academic Information Management System (AIMS)
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER
Download your admission letter and other admission documents, From This Link
Scan the following documents:
Official passport size photograph. This should be taken on a white background.
Birth Certificate and /or National ID or Passport in PDF format
Form Four result slip or Certificate in PDF format
Any other academic certificate i.e diploma, degree, masters etc) in PDF format
Money deposit slip/Pay In Slip for Fees in PDF format.
All Self Sponsored students will be required download and fill a Self Sponsored Course Acceptance Form and send it the following email: admissionsoffice@dkut.ac.ke. Once the form is received you will get a registration number which you will use as the USER NAME to log onto the Student Online Registration portal.
