We are a social EdTech start-up that aims to educate the world’s poorest 600 million children by giving them the world’s best digital learning content at their fingertips. Most of these children are not achieving minimum proficiency levels in reading and math today.
What you will be doing
✓ Each coach is assigned a specific cohort of schools and supports the teachers and school directors in using the EIDU platform and maximizing the value of our app for each learner.
✓ Coaches are responsible for providing ongoing mentorship, training and performance feedback to teachers.
✓ Coaches use basic data analytics to have visibility into daily learning activity of their schools and identify underperforming schools.
✓ Coaches collect both learning and technical feedback from their schools and relay this feedback to our product teams.
✓ Coaches help organize town halls, community sessions and trainings for teachers in their cohort and support the country team with other tasks as required.
