Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) is a statutory examinations body established under Sec. 16 of the Human Resource Management Professionals Act No. 52 of 2012. The examinations Board is mandated to prepare syllabuses for Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations; make rules with respect to the examinations: issue certificates to candidates who have satisfied examination requirement recognition of its examinations locally and internationally.
HRMPEB offers Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP) certification course. It has developed Certificate and Diploma programs in Human Resource Management which shall be offered in the near future.
We are seeking to hire individuals on contractual terms for the positions of test item developers, markers and examinations data analysts. Interested individuals must have skills and experience in setting or marking Human Resource Management (HRM) specialization courses with professional examination bodies or taught in professional training institutions or University. .Test Item developers and markers
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, CHRP(K) or relevant professional qualifications and practice in Human Resource Management.
MSC (HRM) or MBA (HRM) will be an added advantage.
Non HR papers include: Financial and Management Accounting, Business Law, and Management Information Systems, Economics, Coaching, Counseling and Quantitative Analysis.
Applicants should have relevant Bachelor degree and professional qualifications in these areas.
