30th April Reporting date for continuing students
2nd May Lectures begin for both continuing and new students
17th May Last day for internal examiners to enter January Semester 209 grades into the ERP system and submit signed mark sheets and marked scripts to Heads of Departments
20th – 24th May Post-examination moderation of January Semester examinations
3rd – 5th June Orientation for new students
6th June Senate meeting to approve January Semester 2019 Examination results
110h – 14th June Deans send out notices to students placed on Academic Progression track
10th – 14th June 1st CAT
17th – 21st June Pre-examination moderation of May Semester 2019 examination papers
24th – 28th June Deans submit teaching allocations for September Semester 2019
8th – 12th July 2nd CAT
8th – 12th July Proof-reading and printing of examination papers
