Welcome to the department of Hospitality Management. Hospitality management professionals contribute to the overall success of an establishment, typically a hotel or restaurant, by overseeing day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service. As a department, we cultivate future Hospitality Management industry leaders who will have a positive social, ethical, and economic impact on their profession and community. The Hospitality Management department was created to offer programmes that provide students with broad, business-focused knowledge and skills which transfer across all segments of the hospitality industry. Currently, the primary segments are centered on operations management in Hotel/Lodging, Food and Beverage, and Event Planning.
