Compile timely reports on debt collection to the credit manager
To ensure loan defaulters have been visited and issued with demand letter
Ensure neccessary action has been taken upon default loans
follows up defaulters who have become difficult in branch levels
recommends forwarding of the most difficult defaulters to external debt collectors
Ensure loan repayments proposals are adhered to
Ensure that debt recovery targets are achived and that strategies are well followed
Ensure that debt recovery process is well followed
Assist contracted debt collectors in defaulters loans follow up
Performs all duties that may be assigned time to time by the credit manager
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a holder of a business related degree from a recognized university
Must have completed CPA part 2
A diploma in banking or co-operative management will be an added advantage
Must have attained C+ in KSCE
Must be a computer literature
Have demonstrated high level of leadership and management capability
Understands sacco policies and producers
Minimum 2 years experience
