They are looking to hire a Program Officer with the following responsibilities;
Responsibilities
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation work plans for the association’s projects rand activities.
Establish networks with other organizations working in the same content areas as them and maximize potential beneficial areas for the association and its members.
Write proposals for projects.
In liaison with the projects committee, oversee implementation of projects and ensure that reports on the same are timely.
Set and monitor membership recruitment targets for branches and chapters.
Locate material in response to complex research requests by NEO.
Participate in new business development plans
Initiate and cultivate sources of funding in liaison with NEO.
Explore marketing strategies for marketing the Association and its products.
Liaise with the National Secretary and document terms of reference for all committees upon formation.
Develop and produce a quarterly newsletter in liaison with Hon. Secretary.
In the absence of the NEO, respond to any professional concerns raised by members/partners.
