About the Role
A Tablet Coordinator role involves providing advanced support in managing Android applications and Android devices for our field staff who are working in remote locations.
You will be involved in a lot of support and communication activities to different teams and professionals. As a Tablet Implementation Coordinator, you will need to be good with troubleshooting and testing Android devices, documentation and ticketing.
Responsibilities
Undertake Mobile Applications, Android devices and G-suite application analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems by phone, chat, email & face-to-face.
Implement mobile/tablet setup tools, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance standards for use in the organization
Testing Mobile Applications, Android devices and G-suite application fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
Perform Mobile Applications, Android devices and G-suite application post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by our organization.
Manage mobile/tablet hardware/software requests from other departments including managing mobile/tablet assets inventory.
Prepare procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Compile weekly reports as determined by Mobile Specialist and program needs.
Make follow-up to field staff regarding the service offered.
Communicate to the field staff regarding change over or new deployments.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Minimum Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in IT support or IT service desk
Experience managing mobile devices and knowledge of Android Troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Testing and processes
Knowledge of Java, SQL and JavaScript
Good technical skills including working knowledge of different software tools
