Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Applicants must be holders of KCSE mean grade C+ and above.
• Must have at least a degree in Business related studies preferably in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in Public Relations or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be between 25-35 years.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in Customer Service/Marketing/Corporate Affairs Management in a busy institution.
• Strong commitment and passion to Customer Service.
• Must be able to work in a fast faced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
