Role Purpose
• Establishing, documenting, developing and managing the Quality System respective to the Air Operator Certificate of Phoenix Aviation and ensuring that it continues to comply with regulatory and client requirements and meets the needs of the business .
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring that company standards and procedures are adhered to and remain relevant to the scope and complexity of the company’s flying operations and current to the regulatory framework
• Maintaining and keeping current all Quality Audit and inspection records for review at any time by the competent authority and other external bodies as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance monitoring with all KCAA and customer requirements,
• Liaising with the Authority as may be appropriate an matters related to the Quality System, COA Renewals,
• Variation requests, certification requirements, special approvals etc.
• Keep the Accountable Manager informed on all activities related to the Quality System.
Essential Requirements.
• 5 years recent experience in the field of aircraft maintenance or flight operations (Quality Department or Safety Department)
• Completed a Quality Management Systems course recognized by the Authority
• Completed a Safety Management Systems course recognized by the Authority
