Herculean Real Estate is looking for qualified real estate agents who will be responsible for selling property. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on appropriate placement and presenting purchase offers to resellers and Investors alike.

Job Description/Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Five CONSECUTIVE years in Direct Sales Experience in the following industries: – Banking, Insurance, Automotive and Financial Services. Two CONSECUTIVE years in Real Estate sales will be an added advantage
A bachelor’s degree in Sales and or Marketing from a recognized University
To be based in Nairobi with good knowledge of the City and its Environs
To be 35 years of age and above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(This position offers a Gross Marketing Allowance of Kshs. 40,000 plus commission for successful sales.)
Key Duties
Generate client leads to buy properties
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and solutions to aid acquisition.
Develop a functional database of prospects
Show properties to potential buyers
Present purchase offers to clients
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and the Company
Promote properties with ads and listings
Promote the Company and Products via varying marketing strategies
Maintain up to date knowledge on emerging trends and product differentiation
Essential Requirements:
Experience with sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the local property
Possess a valid driver license
