TIBU Health is seeking an Intermediate Fronted Developer to help build and improve on its logistics side of the company. You’ll work on the frontend implementation of the platform implementing visual elements that our users see and interact with. This will include but not limited to building the company’s website and web applications to enhance user experience. This is a highly impactful role, giving you the opportunity to deeply impact our code, feature set and products!

TIBU uses technology to connect Africa’s poor, low, and higher-income populations to high-quality private outpatient healthcare in real time and at affordable cost. We decentralize primary outpatient care (including labs and diagnostics) to keep service costs low and convenient for the patient while enabling health workers to operate their own practices without the prohibitive capital investments associated with opening a traditional healthcare practice. Our platform equally digitizes patient health data and streamlines insurance claims to put the patient in complete control of their healthcare.
What you’ll do here:
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Collaborating with the back-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
Research and develop new web and mobile technology applications to improve user interface.
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.

Enhancing performance of the main front-end website.
Rapidly prototype new ideas, concepts, and designs.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload and deadlines effectively.
Here are some things that spark our interest:
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer.
Hands on experience with markup languages.
Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
Understanding of layout aesthetics.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems.
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
