The Following must be submitted:

1. Completed registration form.
2. Certified copy of your latest school report/ matric certificate or highest certificate .
3. Certified copy of your ID or Passport
4. ID or Passport of guardian
5. Two ID/Passport sized photographs
6. Deposit slip(registration fee)
