Programmes at the eCampus of Maseno University are offered through eLearning. Students interact with their lecturers and access their course material, course activities and continuous assessment tests online. MASTER OF MEDICINE (MMED) IN GENERAL SURGERY
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into the Master of Medicine (MMed) in General Surgery programme at Maseno University School of Medicine starting in September 2021. Maseno University Intake 2021
∙Must be holders of MBChB, MD or other equivalent medical degree recognized by the Commission for University Education (CEU) and the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB), and must have at least one year of clinical practice experience after completion of internship.
∙Must provide evidence of registration by KMPDB and be in the 2021 Annual retention register.
∙Must have a valid professional indemnity cover and maintain this over the period of clinical training. In addition, applicants seconded from Counties must present a letter from the respective County in support of the application.
∙Programme Duration
∙Five (5) years, full-time residency programme
