Job Summary: The Charge Hand will be responsible for proper packaging of products at different production lines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise packaging of products
- Collect the jars for packaging of products from the production clerks
- Confirm that products are packaged in the appropriate jars
- Ensure that production assistants have protective wear for safety and contamination
- Inspect machines and contact technicians immediately for any breakdown
- Check codes and ensure that all codes on the jars are correct
- Ensure that all packaged products are well labeled and coded
- Generate a report on all work done and follow up on set goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
