Report to: The Quality Control Manager.

Cipla Quality Chemical industries Limited (CiplaQCIL) is East Africa’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer and one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). it is one of the few pharmaceutical cGMP compliant facility that manufactures a range of WHO prequalified medicines ARV‘s and ACT‘s.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting of in-process checks, self-inspection, vendor and quality audits, and investigations that regularly appraise the effectiveness and applicability of quality assurance systems
- Evaluating and handling product quality complaints and product recall cases with urgency
- Assembling and assisting SOPs, their reviews, issuance, withdrawal and Disposal.
- Assembling and assisting in the review of all documentation relating to the processing, packaging and testing of each product batch
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Should be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, science Technology, industrial Chemistry, or any other relevant course.
- With a minimum of two (O2) years demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
