Job Title: Logistics Assistant (2 Entry Level Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist logistics officers in overseeing deliveries of supplies to all branches country wide.
- Liaise with the pharmacist, Project Assistants, Area and Regional Coordinators to meet delivery scheduled.
- Coordinate shipments between Country Office and the branches.
- Assist in monthly stock taking and reconciling inventory records with physical stock counts.
- Assist in loading and offloading of products from the truck.
- Assist in the organization and supervision of the warehouse casual laborers and drivers.
Safeguarding
- Read, understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics or any other related qualifications (Testimonials will not be allowed).
- At least one to two years’ of experience in this field.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining of records.
- Extremely patient and efficient in supply chain maintenance.
- Good verbal, written and communication skills.
