Job Summary: The Finance and Administration Officer will provide financial management and general administrative support at the field level office while ensuring value for money in all the transactions and efficient and effective administrative functions and routines. S/he will participate in GRADE A recruitments, onboarding, leave management and time and attendance management at field level.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the American Refugee Committee (ARC) International – Alight Finance and Administration Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or any other related field.
- Three years of experience working in a finance department in a busy organization.
- High level of integrity and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain good ethical and confidentiality standards.
