Job Summary: The Fork Lift Operator will be responsible for loading /unloading materials and deliveries to and from storage areas, loading docks and Trucks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or Loading to outgoing field vehicles
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Movit Products Limited Fork Lift Operator job placement should hold an ‘O’ Level certificate of Education
- Five years proven experience as forklift operator in busy industry
- Keen attention to detail and familiarity with industrial/manufacturing equipment
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Hold a clean and valid driving License of G class to operate forklifts
