Crane Paper Bags Limited was founded in 2009, initially started in a highly competitive market and over time capturing a large part of the market share becoming one of the leading manufactures within Uganda and East Africa for paper bags. We have been continuously gaining high market positions through adding new machines. Demand for paper packaging was rapidly increasing and therefore a variety of different products were introduced.
Job Summary: The Route Sales Representative will present and sell Crane Paper Bags products or services to both big and small scale businesses like: Coffee shops, supermarkets, retail shops etc. They contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions and discuss pricing. The Route Sales Representative must be a self-starter, be able to work without direct supervision, have excellent time management, communication skills.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have two years of experience in Route Sales and Marketing.
- Show commitment to excellent customer service.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Strong knowledge on route sales.
- Mature individual
Contract period: Open ended with probation period of 3 months.
